According to a recent report, Nigeria has 3.3 million persons displaced by conflict, making it the highest number in Africa.
Although the federal government is said to be trying her best in putting adequate facilities to make life better for these internally displaced persons (IDP) by providing shelter , clothing and food, some recent reports have proven otherwise.

New photos which just emerged on the internet as seen in an IDP camp in Maiduguri, Borno has gotten lots of people talking. The heartbreaking photos show children at one of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camps in Maiduguri being served food with the help of a shovel. See the photos below:

Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governors are said to be presently in Adamawa state for a meeting. To complete their visit to the state, they took out time to visit an IDP camp in the state.

The chairman of the APC governors, Rochas Okorocha of Imo state however promised to build a Rochas Foundation School in Adamawa when he saw the after seeing the unfortunate condition of the children at the IDP camp they visited. See photos below:

Just recently, the federal government of Nigeria announced that some victims of Boko Haram attacks would undergo plastic surgery. Among those whose operation will be sponsored by the government is little girl with a badly burnt face who Vice President Yemi Osinbajo met at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital in Borno state on July 1, 2015.
